Payment Policy
Payments can be made via bank deposit, credit/debit card through our site or upon agreement.
For bank deposits only, in order to finalize the reservation, a deposit equal to 40% of the total cost of the package is required.
The remaining amount of the reservation must be paid no later than 21 days before the arrival date.
In case of non-timely payment, the reservation is considered invalid without prior notice, and the cancellation terms apply.
Cancellation Policy by the Customer
Any cancellation must be notified via email at info@skiers-boarders.gr.
The following cancellation fees apply:
- Up to 21 days before arrival: 100% refund of the money paid.
- Less than 21 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total amount will be retained.
Cancellation or Modification Policy by the Organizer
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the trip in case of:
Exceptional circumstances or force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, government bans).
In this case, the customer is entitled to:
- A full refund of the money paid, or
- An alternative offer of equivalent value.
General Provisions
Participation in the trip requires full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.
These terms are governed by the applicable Greek and European legislation for organized trips.
